Why are you reading this . . . that's what I'd like to know? I have actually put off writing this little tid-bit of information for years because I find it hard to fully inform you about where I have come from, what I have done, and why I am here.

In truth, I recommend myself fully. I love to fight! That is, I really really love good honest intellectual battle. "Let's go to war" I say. You would not want to be my enemy in the field of battle . . . this is because one of my generous qualities, mercy, will not generally be displayed until after you have suffered severe defeat.

I grew up in San Marino, CA, with great, honest, hardworking, religious parents. I was the youngest of three boys and a girl. I went to one of the best high schools in the nation, San Marino High School. I studied at UCLA, among other universities, gaining undergraduate knowledge . . . I was a proud member and immediately became the Financial Officer of Beta Theta Pi Fraternaty at UCLA. I loved to have a good time!

I have always been an entrepreneur. In middle school I sold candy and fireworks to eke out my income. In high school I had a mail order business that grossed over 1.8 million, 50% of that being pure profit which was utilized experiencing life to its fullest . . . I was awarded "Student Entrepreneur of the Year" in a competition among all Los Angeles County high schools. In college I had a telecommunications business that grossed over 2 million with another good profit margain that again, was used to truly have a good time or at least I thought so at the time.

Well, I gave up the chaotic lifestyle (or so I thought) and the businesses and finally went to law school in 2000. I started at Western State University and was #1 in my class after the first semester. Look out!! It was too easy . . . so I began really having some fun yet again. I then desired more intellectual challenge and proudly transfered to University of Richmond, School of Law . . . after the first semester I was in the top 10% of the class. Look out!! The fun was truly blown out of control in Richmond, VA. I ultimately graduated cum laude and was known as the #1 fraternizer in the entire law school. I was also the "interpretive dancer" in the Richmond Law (still un-named) Rock Band. I truly loved law school.

I am now an extremely happily married man! Beaming father of one, a daughter, and thankful step-father to four. I am also a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am the owner of Joe Young Law. Let's talk.
