Dane P. Miller, Esq.
Mr. Miller's practice is focused on trial practice representing companies and individuals involved in matters ranging from business disputes (contract, partnership, employment, etc.) to personal injury matters.　

Prior to joining Joe Young Law, Mr. Miller served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for both national and international companies. Before going in-house as a corporate lawyer, Mr. Miller was associated with the business trial practice boutique of Waldron & Olson (2003-2006), as well as the top global intellectual property litigation firm of Howrey Simon Arnold & White (2000 – 2003). As an Associate at Howrey his practice focused on trademark, trade secret, unfair competition and patent matters, concentrating on intellectual property litigation involving a wide range of technologies. Prior to joining Howrey, Mr. Miller worked for the East Bay Community Law Center, where his responsibilities included overseeing and managing various community outreach projects.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley where he received his J. D., a certificate in Law & Technology, and was also the recipient of the prestigious Prosser Prize.

Before attending law school, Mr. Miller was an entrepreneur for more than twenty years, and corporate officer of several companies in the Southern California area. Mr. Miller received his B. A. from California State University, Fullerton where he was granted numerous academic awards, including that of Outstanding Graduating Senior. In his spare time, Mr. Miller enjoys sailing, cycling, and international travel.
