Cristie M. Cole, Esq.
Ms. Cole’s practice is focused on representing companies and individuals in business (contract, partnership, employment, etc.) and real estate disputes.

Prior to joining Joe Young Law, Ms. Cole was a Law Clerk, and later Associate, for the Law Offices of Norman C. Davis (2007-2009).
Her matters focused on the formation and operation of health care companies, particularly medical aesthetic companies.
She also assisted in representing physicians before the California Medical Board. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Norman C. Davis, Ms. Cole served as a Law Clerk for the Orange County Legal Aid Society during the summer of 2006 and a Research Assistant for Professor Kirsten Smolensky.

Ms. Cole is a graduate of the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. She was a member and Executive Note Editor of the Arizona Law Review and co-authored the paper “Gipson v. Kasey: The Beginning of a New Analytical Framework for Duty Determinations?” Ms. Cole received numerous academic awards, including the American Society of Law, Medicine, and Ethics Student Health Law Award and two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.

Before attending law school, Ms. Cole worked as a Library Clerk and Court Messenger for the Washington, D.C. law firm of Zuckerman Spaeder, LLP (2003-2004). She received her B.A. from Cornell University in Biology and Society. While attending Cornell, she was a member of the Order of Omega Greek Honor Society and President of Kappa Delta Sorority.
